Red Star Belgrade Team tested with COSMED equipment
The tests were held in collaboration with the Serbian Republic Institute for Sports in Kosutnjak and using COSMED equipment. Consumption of oxygen, spirometry, blood lactate level were among the tests held by the footballers. Based on the results of these tests, the people at the Institute prepared individualized training programs, tailored specifically for each player.
