Study with K4 b² shows human CO2 emissions are higher than hybrid cars
The popular US science magazine "Scientific American" published a study comparing the CO2 emissions between men and hybrid cars.
The study showed how the CO2 produced by four men walking, running and biking is higher than the emissions of a hybrid vehicle carrying those same four men.
The study was carried out by Alberto E. Minetti, professor of physiology at the University of Milan, using COSMED K4 b².
