Aquatrainer: a new snorkel from COSMED for enhanced "breath by breath" gas analysis during swimming
The snorkel is light, hydrodynamic and designed to suit swimmer’s natural movements.
The new snorkel has also been recently validated, showing significant high correlation, linearity, and agreement between tests performed with the Aquatrainer and the standard facemask (C. Baldari et al. 29th Annual Conference of the ISBS,2011 Porto, Portugal).
