COSMED incorporates ANT+ technology
Starting from early 2009 some COSMED products integrate HR (Heart Rate) measurements from Ant (http://www.thisisant.com).
The new belt incorporates the innovative transmission module from ANT+ and provides less criticism than other HR monitor manufacturers. The transmission module is built-in in a USB stick that may also be used to provide new applications/features available in future COSMED products.
